Moller Auto
Moller Auto Ltd. in Riga, Krasta Street, reconstructed its body repair service, investing more than EUR 2.5 million. As a result, production capacity was significantly increased and the working environment for employees was improved.
Krasotaji.lv was part of this project, providing paint booth Design and installation that meets the latest technology and manufacturer standards.
The new service centre is now one of the most modern in Latvia, offering full-cycle body repair services.
Autobrava
Autobrava Ltd. has implemented an ambitious investment project, creating a new 4800 m² dealership centre in Kārlis Ulmaņa gatvė, which includes a Cupra Garage showroom, an authorised service centre and a 1280 m² body repair centre.
Krasotaji.lv participated in the implementation of this project by providing design and installation of painting facilities, according to the highest technological and quality standards.

Termomeccanica G.L. s.r.l. is an Italian company specialising in automotive body repair equipment, especially paint booths. It is one of the most established European manufacturers in this niche. The company was founded in 1978 by Luciano Giangolini in the Reggio Emilia area (northern Italy), originally in the small town of Casina.
The company currently employs around 70 people and exports around 60% of its products worldwide. Customers include major brands and projects such as:

Hedson Technologies is a Swedish company that is one of the world's leading suppliers of top quality equipment for automotive body shops. Founded around 1999, it specialises in drying, cleaning, lifting and dust extraction systems. Hedson offers several brands, the most popular of which are:
- IRT - Infrared (IR) and UV drying lamps/systems;
- Drester - Paint Gun Wipers.
Both brands are made in Sweden, with high quality, durability and focus on efficiency and safety.
Why are IRTs (Infrared Drying Lamps) useful in every car workshop?
Very fast drying - reduces the time from 30-60 minutes to 8-15 minutes or even less (up to 80% faster), allowing repairs to be completed faster.
Better quality - heat acts directly on the surface (instead of heating the air), prevents defects such as "orange peel", bubbles or uneven drying, especially for water-based paints.
Energy efficient and cost saving - uses less energy than a paint booth and can target just the right spot (e.g. fender, door) instead of the whole car.

Why are Drester (gun wipers) useful ?

The company is renowned for its lightweight, precise HVLP/HALO paint guns (e.g. Genesi, Slim Xlight) and accessories, but also offers high quality air cleaning and drying systems designed specifically for paint booths.
It is mounted on the chamber wall and consists of four parts:
- Pre-filter (for condensation and large particles),
- Oil separator (for removing residual oils and contaminants),
- Silica gel (desiccant) dryer (for complete moisture removal),
- Activated carbon (for air purification).
Why is this filter needed in every professional paint shop?
Compressed air from a compressor almost always contains moisture, oil and dust. If the air is not completely dry and clean, defects appear in the paintwork: orange peel effect, dulling, bubbles, hairlines or spots (more common in water-based paints). This Walcom system with silica gel achieves a very low humidity point, ensuring perfectly dry and clean air for perfectly smooth and blemish-free colouring. This extends the life of the gun and increases the quality of the work.
